I had a fantastic stay at the resort, enjoying the beautiful views of the mountains from the outdoor hot springs pools. The variety of pools and water playground area made it a perfect choice for my family. The private hot springs tub on my deck added a touch of luxury. The resort offered activities like mini golf, ping pong, and basketball, keeping everyone entertained. The nightly fireworks show, live music, and movie screenings by the pool created a lively atmosphere. Although the hotel could use some updates, the room was clean and spacious, with two king-size beds. The breakfast buffet provided a satisfying selection, and the outdoor hot spring pools were beautifully landscaped. Despite a few minor issues with toiletries and pillows, the overall experience was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Located in the midst of beautiful mountains, the natural hot springs were an incredible experience. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the buffet dinner was delicious.
Since the resort was far from the city center, it took a while to reach the destination, and the communication of the working hours of the restaurants could have been better stated.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel tucked deep in the mountains. The location was peaceful and the surrounding nature created a serene atmosphere. The hotel staff were accommodating to our needs, especially since our Mandarin is limited. They were helpful with our requests and even let us use their cell phone to arrange taxis for our sightseeing trips. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a refrigerator. The spa and wellness center provided a wide range of treatments, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot spring bath and sauna. The hotel also had a variety of recreational activities, such as table tennis and mini golf, perfect for spending quality time with family.
This place is highly recommended for everyone.

Nestled within a serene location on top of a mountain, this resort is an ideal escape. It's easy to access by taxi and is surrounded by several restaurants. the rooms are basic, some with stone floors, and simple beds. the Spa facilities are excellent with several indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the staff is quite friendly and responsive. the buffet breakfast is pretty good and offers a mix of western and Asian dishes.
Outdoor pools could be crowded in peak season.
